I will speak up when I feel strongly about issues. I will listen when others are talking and give them an opportunity to air their views. I respect that other people have different views and interpretation of issues and realise that this does not make their views any less valid than mine.
TeamworkI realise that iScape is a team. I will share my knowledge with my team mates and assist them in any way possible. I will go the extra mile to assist the further development of iScape and its partners. I will ask questions if I am unsure or need further guidance on projects. I will assist in mentoring my team mates in aspects of the business as required.
ExcellenceI will strive for excellence in all of my activities. I will look for improved methods of performing my tasks. I will suggest changes to policies and procedures that lead to improvement. I will not rest on my laurels but continue to improve and innovate.
ValuedI realise that I am a valued iScape team member. I will show I value other team members through my interaction with them.
